Privacy in plain words
Oikiaa holds information about children, so we keep this short and honest.
What we store
- Your name, email and password (the password is stored as a secure hash, never as text).
- What you enter: children, sports, schedules, attendance, payments, school, Quran, growth, fitness and health items, the children's daily prayer ticks, the parents' own activities, and, if points are turned on, tasks, points and reward requests.
- If you turn on prayer times, the city or approximate location you choose (to calculate the times). It is not tracked afterwards.
- The academy location you save on a sport (a point and a radius) so attendance can be marked automatically.
- A notification address for each phone that turns on reminders.
- Private links you create (calendar feed, schedule page, sign-up link, check-in link). Only a scrambled form of each link is kept.
What we do not do
- We do not show ads, and we do not sell or share your data.
- We do not add analytics or tracking to your children's use of the app. We only note which days a parent opened Oikiaa, so we can tell whether it is useful. We never record what was done.
- We do not store your phone's location. It is used only at the moment of check-in, and only the resulting attendance is saved.
- Vaccination and health items are visible to parents only, never to a child's own login.
Who can see your family's data
Only the people you invite: other parents see everything; a child's own login sees only that child's schedule, tournaments, activities, Quran, school and growth. A share link shows only the schedule for the next two weeks. Each family's data is kept separate from every other family's. You can remove a link or a person at any time in Settings. If you use Discover, the star rating and comment you write about an academy or coach are shown to other families anonymously (no name, family or child is shown), and you can remove your review at any time. If you link your child to an academy with a code, the academy sees only that the link exists and the records you confirm or dispute; you see only that child's classes, attendance and fees at the academy, and either side can unlink at any time.
Where it lives
Your data is stored with our hosting providers, Vercel (the app) and Neon (the database), in data centres in the United States.
Deleting your data
To delete your family's account and all its data, contact the person who runs your Oikiaa service.

يحتفظ أويكيا بمعلومات عن أطفال، لذلك نلتزم بالإيجاز والصدق.
ما الذي نخزّنه
- اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة مرورك (تُخزَّن كلمة المرور بصيغة مشفّرة آمنة، وليست نصًّا).
- ما تدخله: الأبناء والرياضات والجداول والحضور والمدفوعات والمدرسة والقرآن والنمو واللياقة والعناصر الصحية، وتأشيرات الصلاة اليومية للأبناء، وأنشطة الوالدين الخاصة، وعند تفعيل النقاط: المهام والنقاط وطلبات المكافآت.
- إذا فعّلت مواقيت الصلاة: المدينة أو الموقع التقريبي الذي تختاره (لحساب المواقيت). ولا يجري تتبّعه بعد ذلك.
- موقع الأكاديمية الذي تحفظه في الرياضة (نقطة ونطاق) ليُسجَّل الحضور تلقائيًا.
- عنوان إشعارات لكل هاتف يفعّل التذكيرات.
- الروابط الخاصة التي تنشئها (خلاصة التقويم وصفحة الجدول ورابط التسجيل ورابط تسجيل الحضور). لا يُحفظ منها إلا شكل مشفّر.
ما الذي لا نفعله
- لا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها.
- لا نضيف أدوات تحليل أو تتبع لاستخدام أولادك للتطبيق. نسجّل فقط الأيام التي فتح فيها أحد الوالدين أويكيا، لنعرف هل هو مفيد. ولا نسجّل أبدًا ما تم فعله.
- لا نخزّن موقع هاتفك. يُستخدم لحظة تسجيل الحضور فقط، ولا يُحفظ إلا الحضور الناتج.
- عناصر التطعيم والصحة يراها الوالدان فقط، ولا يراها حساب الطفل.
من يرى بيانات أسرتك
فقط من تدعوهم: الوالدان الآخران يريان كل شيء، وحساب الطفل يرى جدول ذلك الطفل وبطولاته وأنشطته والقرآن والمدرسة والنمو فقط. ورابط المشاركة يعرض الجدول للأسبوعين القادمين فقط. وبيانات كل أسرة معزولة عن بيانات غيرها. ويمكنك إزالة أي رابط أو شخص في أي وقت من الإعدادات. وإذا استخدمت «اكتشف» فإن تقييمك وتعليقك عن أي أكاديمية أو مدرب يظهران للأسر الأخرى دون ذكر أي اسم أو أسرة أو طفل، ويمكنك حذف تقييمك في أي وقت. وإذا ربطت طفلك بأكاديمية برمز، فلا ترى الأكاديمية إلا وجود الربط والسجلات التي تؤكدها أو تعترض عليها، وأنت ترى فقط حصص ذلك الطفل وحضوره ورسومه في الأكاديمية، ويحق لأي طرف إلغاء الربط في أي وقت.
أين تُحفظ
تُحفظ بياناتك لدى مزوّدي الاستضافة: فيرسل (التطبيق) ونيون (قاعدة البيانات)، في مراكز بيانات في الولايات المتحدة.
حذف بياناتك
لحذف حساب أسرتك وكل بياناتها تواصل مع القائم على خدمة أويكيا لديك.
